PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:
Faulty
Significantly different to those shown or described
Not fit for purpose
Unsafe
Prior approval should be obtained before any goods are returned for Credit. Contact our customer service team on [email protected]. Upon obtaining approval, the goods must be returned Freight Paid within 14 days from the date of the original invoice. Further, please ensure all goods being returned for Credit are in the Manufacturer’s original un-opened packaging, and are packed for return in an appropriate manner to ensure they are delivered back to us in an un-crushed, un-damaged, and resalable condition.
Faulty or incorrect product
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team. See below for further details.
Foot Health Solutions Pty Ltd will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. The Site will accept returns within 14 days with proof of purchase if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly represented. Goods must be in acceptable condition and Foot Health Solutions Pty Ltd must be contacted prior to sending.
Products can be returned to Foot Health Solutions Pty Ltd, however customer service must be contacted before a credit can be provided. All credits are paid back to the card which made the payment.

Cancellations
Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where a full refund less postage will be provided. Further, please ensure all goods being returned for Credit are in the Manufacturer’s original un-opened packaging, and are packed for return in an appropriate manner to ensure they are delivered back to us in an un-crushed, un-damaged, and resalable condition.
