Instructions for use
All exercises are best done seated
Whole Foot massage: gently roll full length of foot, from heel to toes. Ideal for general aches
Arch massage: gently roll in the arch area, from heel to below toes. This is most effective for Plantar Fasciitis/Heel Spur
Forefoot or Toe massage: gently roll across forefoot and or toes to alleviate affected areas
Start gently, then increase pressure to comfortable level to maximise effect
Cold Therapy
- Place Roller in the freezer for 4-6 hours to freeze gel
- The roller will stay cold for 15-20 minutes
- Refreeze as required
Hot Therapy
- Place the Roller in 120° C (very hot) tap water for 10 minutes
- Test that the temperature is comfortable against skin before use
- Roller stays heated for up to 10-15 minutes
DO NOT HEAT IN MICROWAVE, CONVENTIONAL OVEN, STOVE TOPS OR BOILING WATER
Overheating will cause burns to skin or damage seals of the Roller.
CARE OF ROLLER
- Do not stand with full weight on Roller when using
- Dry Roller with a towel after use
- Check for any breaks or tears to the seams
- The Roller should not be used on sharp or abrasive surfaces
- Or direct heat and excessive sunlight

- Do not use if you have Diabetes
- Do not use of you have any open sores or cracked and broken skin
